Today we decided to walk into St Albans town centre. We parked the car in the Verulamium Museum car park and walk through Verulamium park into St Albans town centre. On the way back to the car I spotted two herons which allowed me to get to within about six feet of both birds. Unfortunately, I only had my iPhone with me so I appogise for the quality of the pictures.
