A new photo every day for a year in 2023 ~ Shrove Tuesday

Today is Pancake Day, or Shrove Tuesday, is the traditional feast day before the start of Lent on Ash Wednesday. Lent – the 40 days leading up to Easter.

I prefer my pancakes with lemon juice and sugar, but orange juice and sugar is another nice alternative.
